Accompanied and guided throughout by our professional foreign trade team, the clients embarked on a comprehensive, "transparent" tour of our production line.

Our team first led the clients to the substrate processing workshop. We provided a detailed overview of core procedures, including precision laser cutting of high-hardness steel, tension testing, and heat treatment, allowing them to directly experience our stringent quality control over raw materials. Next, we visited the core hot-press sintering workshop to observe the precise bonding of diamond segments and steel substrates under high temperature and pressure. Our representatives explained on-site how this sintering process is critical to the sharpness and durability of the saw blades.

Addressing the French clients' strong interest in personalized needs, our foreign trade team highlighted our OEM customization services. We showcased our flexible and highly efficient production capabilities, ranging from custom laser engraving and special tooth designs to bespoke formulations. Finally, the tour concluded at our modern packaging and warehousing center, where clients witnessed the standardized process from shock-proof packaging to systematic logistics storage.
